We are deeply committed to protecting your privacy. This app is designed to be simple, clean, and respectful of your data — we collect as little as possible, and in most cases, nothing at all.

• No user-uploaded content: The app does not collect photos, files, voice recordings, or other user-generated content.
• All core features work locally: Reading, playback, highlighting, bookmarks, notes, search, and any AI features operate entirely on your device.
• No usage data transmission: We do not upload, track, or store your activity, reading history, notes, highlights, bookmarks, or searches.

2. Local Processing

• All text processing, audio synchronization, highlighting, bookmarks, and on-device AI capabilities are performed locally on your device.
• Any AI-generated insights are processed on-device and are not stored or transmitted beyond the current session unless you choose to save them locally.
• Your bookmarks, highlights, notes, and preferences are saved only on your device.

3. Third-Party Services

The free version of the app may display ads through Google AdMob. The Premium version removes all advertisements.

• AdMob may collect limited, anonymized technical information (such as device type, OS version, and approximate location based on IP) solely to serve relevant ads.
• AdMob has no access to your content, usage activity, notes, or any other data within the app.

No other third-party SDKs (analytics, tracking, crash reporting, cloud services, or external AI APIs) are integrated.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

If you choose to purchase the Premium version or any in-app item:

• Payments are processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• We do not collect or store your payment information.
• Subscription status is managed locally on your device through the official store frameworks.

5. No Data Sharing or Selling

We do not collect, sell, rent, share, or disclose any personal information because none is collected. Any future anonymized aggregate statistics, if used, will never be linked to individual users.

6. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13 years of age (or the applicable age in your region). We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe we have done so, please contact us immediately.

7. Data Security

All your personal content (notes, highlights, bookmarks, etc.) is stored only on your device, giving you complete control. We recommend:

• Using device passcode or biometric protection
• Regularly backing up your device
• Avoiding sharing your device with others if it contains sensitive notes

8. Your Rights

Since we do not collect any personal data on our servers, there is no data for us to access, correct, or delete. All your data remains on your device and can be:

• Managed directly inside the app
• Completely removed by uninstalling the app
• Backed up or restored through your device’s own backup system

9. Changes to This Policy

We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the app or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised policy.
